The Friends of the Bradley Beach Library is an active 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting and expanding the services and programs of the library. We are a group of volunteers and advocates for the library.
Our membership consists of two groups of supporters: a core of active members who attend regular meetings and those who provide monetary support and occasional help at Friends events. Both categories of members help make this a vibrant organization with great community activities.
You can be a ‘FRIEND’ by volunteering you time or skills at your convenience…we always need volunteers who are willing to help us with our many event. Even if you are not a “monthly meeting” type, you can help. Some of the volunteer opportunities include: library book sales and managing the library book shed; maintaining the Little Free Libraries; jewelry sale; afternoon tea, Bradley Beach Elementary School 8th Grade Scholarship; holiday tree sale; publicity; and more!
